Recruitment position: Employee canteen chef (2 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Health protection: Applicants must be in good health, hold valid health certificates, ensure no infectious diseases, and provide a safe and hygienic eating environment for all employees.

2. Cooking skills: Responsible for carefully selecting, cutting, and cooking daily ingredients, proficient in the production of various cuisines, especially requiring proficiency in cooking techniques for big pot dishes, ensuring that each dish has excellent color, aroma, and balanced nutrition to meet the taste needs of different employees.

3. Time management: Strictly follow the working schedule of the cafeteria, ensure that meals are served on time every day, without advance or delay, effectively manage the cooking process, improve work efficiency, and maintain a high sense of responsibility. Do not leave your post without permission to ensure smooth operation of the cafeteria.

4. Hygiene maintenance: Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting personal work areas and the overall kitchen environment, following food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen utensils, tableware, and food storage areas, and creating a safe and hygienic cooking environment.

5. Professional ethics: Possess good professional ethics and service awareness, love the cooking industry, be proactive and enthusiastic about work, be able to endure hardship, maintain patience and attention to detail in the face of busy work rhythms, get along harmoniously with colleagues, and jointly improve the quality of cafeteria services.

6. Experience bonus points: Candidates with experience in stir frying big pot dishes are given priority consideration, especially those with experience working in corporate canteens, as their rich experience will directly translate into an important force in improving the quality of cafeteria dishes and service efficiency.
