Recruitment position: Material cutting worker (2 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Professional skills: Responsible for using CNC sawing equipment (including but not limited to sawing machines, cutting machines, etc.) to perform precise material cutting work, ensuring that the cutting dimensions are accurate and meet production drawings and technical requirements. According to the production plan, efficiently and accurately complete daily cutting tasks to ensure smooth operation of the production line.

2. Quality control: Strictly abide by the quality management system standards, implement the first article inspection and process sampling system, and ensure that the cutting quality meets the product standards. Timely identify, isolate, and report non-conforming products to prevent them from flowing into the next process.

3. Equipment maintenance: Responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and troubleshooting daily production equipment to ensure that it is in good operating condition. Participate in regular equipment maintenance plans to improve equipment lifespan and production efficiency.

4. Teamwork: Work closely with departments such as production planning, quality inspection, and warehouse to provide timely feedback on production progress and problems encountered, and jointly solve production difficulties. Actively participate in team activities, create a positive working atmosphere, and enhance the overall efficiency of the team.

5. Safety management: Strictly abide by safety production regulations, wear personal protective equipment correctly, implement safety operation procedures, and ensure personal and equipment safety during the production process.

Job requirements:

1. Educational background: Junior high school, vocational school, high school or above, with relevant mechanical or automation majors preferred. Priority will be given to those with more than two years of relevant work experience, and educational requirements may be appropriately relaxed.

2. Skill requirements: Proficient in operating and maintaining CNC cutting equipment, able to quickly adapt to the cutting needs of different materials. Familiar with drawings and production processes, with good graphic recognition ability.

3. Physical condition: Good health, no occupational contraindications, able to adapt to the workshop environment and certain intensity of physical labor.

4. Professional ethics: Possess good professional ethics and a sense of responsibility, be hardworking and able to withstand certain work pressure. Have good teamwork spirit and communication and coordination skills, proactive, strong execution ability, and obey superior management arrangements.
