Dongtai Qinbiao Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1987 as the High Strength Standard Parts Factory in Qindong Town, Dongtai City. Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to the principle of "quality first, customer first". Through unremitting efforts and innovation, the company was renamed Dongtai Qinbiao Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. in 2007 and has been in use ever since. For over thirty years, the company has been dedicated to the production and sales of fasteners, flanges, fittings, and forgings. With unremitting efforts, it has gradually developed into a large-scale enterprise in the industry and enjoys a high market reputation.
The company is located in Zhouxia Industrial Park, Qindong Town, Dongtai City, Jiangsu Province, with a superior geographical location at the junction of Nantong, Taizhou, and Yancheng, providing convenient transportation conditions for the company. The company covers an area of 69000 square meters, with a building area of 42000 square meters and a registered capital of 70.5 million yuan; The company has successively introduced information technology methods such as enterprise ERP management system, production site MES management system, and intelligent three-dimensional warehouse management system closely connected with ERP, achieving efficient collaboration between production and management. The company has modern production workshops, 10000 ton intelligent three-dimensional storage facilities, fully functional office areas, and comfortable employee living areas.
The company currently has over 800 sets of production and testing equipment, always paying attention to cutting-edge processes and technologies in the industry, constantly updating automated production and testing equipment to improve product accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring stable and reliable product quality. In addition, the company has a team of over 200 employees, including more than 20 personnel with intermediate and senior technical titles. They have profound theoretical knowledge and rich practical experience in the design, production, and quality control of fasteners, flanges, fittings, and forgings.
The company has always focused on the construction and improvement of its quality management system during its development process. We have successively passed the management systems GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008, GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015, GB/T24001-ISO14001, OHSAS18001, GJB9001B-2009, GJB9001C-2017, HAF003, and obtained relevant qualification certificates. The company has successively obtained the "Special Equipment Manufacturing License for Pressure Pipeline Components", TUV NORD PDE/AD2000, API 20F, as well as factory accreditation certificates from classification societies such as CCS (China), BV (France), ABS (USA), LR (UK), DNV.GL (Norway, Germany), RS (Russia), etc. We implement relevant system management and undergo regular third-party supervision and review to ensure efficient and orderly company management, as well as stable and reliable product quality.
