Recruitment position: Warehouse Manager (2 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the acceptance, storage, outbound, preservation, inventory, and reconciliation of daily materials in the warehouse, ensuring the safety and accuracy of warehouse materials;

-Proficient in using intelligent warehouse WMS (Warehouse Management System) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to complete daily material receiving and issuing operations and improve warehouse operation efficiency;

-Manage the placement of warehouse goods, follow the first in, first out principle, and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment;

-Regularly conduct inventory checks, verify the consistency between system data and physical inventory, and promptly identify and handle discrepancies;

-Maintain close communication with departments such as procurement and sales to ensure accurate transmission and collaborative operation of logistics information.

Job requirements:

1. Junior high school, vocational school, high school or above education, with priority given to majors in logistics management, warehouse management, and related fields;

2. More than 2 years of relevant industry work experience, with priority given to those who have experience in operating intelligent warehouse WMS and ERP systems;

3. Familiar with warehouse management processes, familiar with WMS and ERP system operation standards, able to independently complete daily management work;

4. Strong sense of work responsibility, strong principles, possessing good professional ethics and teamwork spirit;

5. Possess strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively handle problems and challenges encountered in work;

6. Understand the general norms of warehousing and storage, pay attention to details, and strive for continuous improvement in work quality.
