Recruitment position: Quality Control (QC) (2 positions)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Total Quality Control: Responsible for implementing strict quality monitoring of key products such as fasteners, flanges, and fittings in the production process, ensuring that each production process meets established quality standards and customer requirements.

2. Process inspection: Conduct daily inspections, promptly identify and record quality issues in the production process, collaborate with the production department to analyze the causes, propose improvement measures, and prevent the occurrence of defective products.

3. Finished product inspection: Complete the quality inspection of the finished product, including but not limited to appearance inspection, size measurement, performance testing, etc., to ensure that the factory products are 100% qualified.

4. Quality records and analysis: Establish and maintain detailed quality records and upload them in real-time to the ERP quality management system (while being proficient in ERP system operation standards), use ERP quality management system tools to analyze quality data, regularly submit quality reports, and provide data support for quality improvement.

5. Compliance with standards and processes: Familiarize oneself with and strictly adhere to the ISO quality management system and internal quality control processes of the company, continuously improving the quality management level of individuals and teams.

6. Cross departmental collaboration: Work closely with departments such as production, technology, and procurement, participate in the analysis and resolution of quality issues, and promote the implementation of quality improvement projects.

Job requirements:

-Education background: Junior high school, vocational school, high school or above education, with relevant experience in inspection work preferred.

-Work experience: At least 2 years of experience in product quality inspection or related positions, with priority given to industry testing experience in fasteners, flanges, pipe fittings, etc.

-Skill requirements: Possess good observation and judgment skills, proficient in using various testing tools and equipment; Familiar with quality management system standards and familiar with basic statistical analysis methods.

-Professional ethics: Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and serious work, possessing good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Capable of withstanding certain work pressure and adapting to overtime demands.
