Job requirements:
1. Educational background: Junior high school education or above, with a strong interest in mechanical or manufacturing industries is preferred. Having basic knowledge of mathematics and physics, able to quickly learn and understand the operating principles of equipment.
2. Work experience: Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in operating steel equipment are preferred, familiar with steel processing procedures, equipment maintenance, and safety operating procedures. If you have no relevant experience but have good learning ability and work attitude, we also welcome you to join. The company will provide systematic job training and a "one-on-one" mentorship mode to help you quickly grow into a technical expert.
3. Skill requirements:
-Proficient in operating production equipment such as steel processing, bending, and straightening to ensure that products meet quality standards.
-Having good observation and judgment skills, timely discovering and handling abnormal situations in the production process.
-Adhere to safety production regulations, possess strong safety awareness and self-protection ability.
4. Personal qualities:
-Serious and responsible in work, strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure.
-Strong team spirit, good at communication and coordination, and maintaining good working relationships with colleagues.
-Proactive, willing to learn new knowledge, and constantly improve personal skills.
Salary and benefits:
