Professional skills: You need to have the ability to develop forging processes and be able to flexibly adjust process parameters according to product requirements; Deeply understand the working characteristics of forging equipment (such as hammer forging machines, hydraulic presses, etc.) to ensure efficient and stable operation of the equipment; At the same time, familiar with the manufacturing process of forging molds, able to identify and solve problems in mold use.

3. Problem solving ability: In the face of technical quality issues in the forging production process, you need to demonstrate independent problem-solving skills, including but not limited to material defects, dimensional deviations, etc., to ensure stable and reliable product quality.

4. Professional ethics: We expect you to have a proactive work attitude, be patient when facing challenges, and have strong resilience to pressure; Honesty and trustworthiness, strong sense of responsibility, able to strictly abide by company rules and regulations and safety production norms.

5. Deepening professional knowledge: Priority will be given to candidates who have been deeply involved in the forging industry for more than 2 years, have a deep understanding and practical experience in forming process technologies such as hot forging and cold forging, and are familiar with mold design and manufacturing processes. 5. Recruitment position: Mold worker Position: 1 person

Job Responsibilities:

-Under the guidance of a senior mold master, complete the daily research, debugging, and maintenance of molds to ensure their accuracy and durability.

-According to the production plan, participate in the operation of the stamping production line, monitor the operation of the molds during the production process, timely detect and solve mold failures, and ensure the smooth operation of the production line.

-Deeply understand and comply with safety production regulations, wear personal protective equipment, maintain a good working environment, and ensure the safety of individuals and colleagues.

-Responsible for inspecting the quality of products after mold processing is completed, strictly controlling the quality according to the requirements of the process drawings, and ensuring that the products meet the standards and customer requirements.

-Assist in the review of mold design schemes, propose improvement suggestions, optimize mold structure and production processes, and improve production efficiency and product quality.

-Actively participate in mold related training and learning, continuously improve personal professional skills in mold design, debugging, and problem-solving.

Job requirements:

-Junior high school education or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, mold manufacturing, or related fields, but practical skills and experience are more important.

-At least 2 years of experience in mold research and development, debugging, and stamping, familiar with mold structure and working principles.

-Having good learning ability and teamwork spirit, able to endure hardship, willing to root and develop in the front line of manufacturing industry.

-Proficient in using mold debugging tools, familiar with commonly used measuring instruments, able to independently complete mold debugging and problem solving.

-Have a deep understanding of the mold processing process and be able to conduct quality inspection and control according to drawing requirements.
